Neil (Brian) Gibbs is the Founder and Operations Director of BG Aviation.

Brian always had a love of aviation, and gained his Aeronautical Engineering degree while completing his initial pilots licence certificate. He went on to work in aircraft refurbishment and systems modification tasks, before returning to the Caribbean. After working in Maintenance Planning and Technical Records, as well as other managerial posts outside of aviation, he started what would become BG Aviation. After gaining his ISO9000 Quality Audit certification, he began editing and writing technical and operational manuals for various airlines, maintenance facilities, and flight training schools. Along the way Brian also developed a computerized maintenance tracking, reliability, and inventory system that significantly improved the critical administrative functions associated with aircraft maintenance, over the older 'card index' in use at the time.
